The data acquisition, management, pipelines, consolidation, analytics etc. solutions implemented by user applications using the SyncLite platform are fully configurable by the end user. You have the freedom to choose your own storage, database, streaming, and other technologies, provided they are supported by SyncLite.

It's important to note that in this user-configured environment, the responsibility for the security and transfer of data lies with the end user. SyncLite does not take on any security liabilities associated with the transfer of data in your chosen configurations.


14.HOW DO WE RESPOND TO LEGAL REQUESTS, COMPLY WITH APPLICABLE LAW AND PREVENT HARM?

SyncLite operates on a user-configured model where the product runs within the user's environment on their servers. It's important to note that the end user is solely responsible for the type of data they choose to store and manage using the SyncLite platform.

In the event of any legal request, SyncLite will not have control over the data stored or transferred by the end user. However, if a legal request is made in the interest of public safety or to prevent harm, SyncLite will cooperate with the authorities by providing details of the end user. In such cases, SyncLite may cease further services and support to the end user as necessary.
